Good for those exploring alternative birth choicesBy JessieThis is a great book for those who haven't decided how they'd like to give birth, and are exploring their choices. There is very accurate information and resources with links to the research. Very helpful for anyone who likes to look into the actual studies. For anyone who has already done research into natural birth, and made the decision to birth naturally, this book can feel redundant at times. Otherwise, extremely informative, great book that advocates natural birth choices.
