My husband and daughter both became seriously ill almost on the same day in 2009. This bible study had chapters in it about fear and healing but it also talked about removing the robes of religion and tradition. It got me through such a hard time. Jennifer actually prayed for me at that time when I contacted her to tell her how I loved this bible study. Since this time I have attended two of her womens conferences and have never felt the Holy Spirit like this in my life. I have lived my life by church rules and meetings and events and just now have learned to actually have a relationship with our savior Jesus Christ. God has blessed us with healings and favor since we have sought to know him in a personal way. He will not ask what church I attended or how much money was given but he will know that I loved Him and served HIm and worshipped Him. What a life changing event this was. I have waited for this book to come out for a long time. I think that all of us are abused in many different ways and each abuse is very traumatic. I did not go through what Jennifer did but I do know women who did and they need to read this book. If I have my way I will get this book out to as many people as I can and support Jennifer in any way possible. She is my gift from God and He wants me to share this gift with others. I have never met any one like this woman who truely loves every one. When you talk to her it is like you are the only person in the room and her face glows with peace and love. God is using her in a mighty way in her prison ministry with the women who need to hear about Jesus and his love and forgiveness. I received the book in the mail and came home, starting reading it and could not put it down until I finished it. This book pours out healing to anyone that has been abused and it is also for the loved ones of the abused. It will help bring understanding to alot of feelings and actions that go on in every day life of someone that carries this baggage. Jennifer takes you through Gods word and how He will set you free and healing then comes in your life and replaced with joy and peace unimaginable!!! She is proof that freedom and healing is reachable and can be acheived from her own life. What a great witness to share such powerful and intimate areas of ones life. PowerfulBy BarbraI pre-ordered Jennifer's book Finally Free months ago and was so excited when it arrived on my door step last week. I started reading it the next day and could NOT put it down. This is an amazing true story of the life of my beautiful friend. I had no idea how she'd grown up. Jennifer takes you from tears of sadness as you read of how she had been abused for years, to tears of joy as she is released from that torture to be able to give forgiveness to those who've hurt her and is totally set free by our GOD.The only word that comes to mind about this book is: POWERFUL...POWERFUL...POWERFUL!Absolutely a 5 star rating!!
