I could relate to this and it was difficult to ready the sad and troubling stories. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is gifted and was raised by narcissistic parents. It's a tragic childhood drama that can take a lifetime from which to recover. This author did a wonderful job of capturing the "Drama of the Gifted Child". The examples were very good. You will walk away with some good thoughtsand as long as you are open minded to change, the tools are there to help you how to begin.
