Everyone should read this bookBy CustomerThis is definitely one of those books that, as you're reading it, you can think of at least 10 different "conflicts" you've had that contain at least one of the concepts that Dr. Voyles introduces. And it's only 44 pages... so that means, at minimum, every 4 pages introduce you a possible reason WHY you've hit a road block while trying to better understand (or relay better understanding) to your loved ones and/or coworkers. It'll make you think and it'll make you WANT to try and implement his techniques to maximize conflict resolution within and between all walks of life.Want to know why simply "getting them to understand" your point of view is not the route to go? This book will tell you.
