OK but dissapointedBy agbifI bought this book for my mother who is having a lot of trouble dealing with her sister who constantly upsets my mother's life. It was very lacking on practical solutions. Most of the text focused on defining the problem. If you have a problem, you probably already know it and if you are reading a self help book on the subject you are seeking advice on how to solve or deal with it. I highly recommend David Hawkins books such as "Dealing with Crazy Makers in Your Life" and "When Pleasing Others is Hurting You."0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
