I highly recommend it for anyone needing a positive outlook on overcoming obstacles of the past. This book was motivational and it is so wonderful to hear the story of someone with serious struggles to overcome who not only refused to settle but worked really hard to get where she is. We don't get to hear the positive outcomes often enough. If you are going through trials and tribulations in your life read this book and see how even as a very young child Leann Rhodes-Ickes became the super hero she needed. She didnt wait for someone to save her, she saved herself. This story of her life will bring you to tears.
