Loved it!By Eric or Charity EdwardsI absolutely loved this book. I had the privilege of having the author in a Hoop Class I was teaching, and she gifted me the book. I loved it so much that I wanted to come on and write a review. The practice of getting "naked", and sharing who I am with others around me has freed me in ways I never imagined. It's also made others around me appreciate and love me more than ever. Telling the truth to others lets them see you as a real human being not perfect (which tears down walls). Telling the truth to yourself frees you to live the life you imagined not the life someone else imagined. You decide to not live your life a lie anymore. This book gives a practical step-by-step guide to making your way to this freedom. For instance, it guides you through having to let someone down in your life that has expectations for you. This is NOT an easy task and can be very scary. Kelly gives practical advice for how to achieve this. It sometimes takes a lifetime to be able to feel some of our own pain and joys in a way that motivates us to be thankful and to move on. Kelly shares her life and the lives of those she loves or has loved in a way that helps you to want to experience that freedom. This is a good motivational read. ENJOY!
