Relax and be creativeBy rmMom Life: An Adult Coloring Book (Coloring Books for Adults for Stress Relief Meditation Relaxation Zen Color Therapy) I was introduced to the adult coloring books by a colleague at work. The pages are very amusing and pertain to the mom's humorous take on children and childhood. For example, one page is entitled "Toddzilla Destroyer of the world" Another is "my little monsters". Some pages relate to lack of or decreased sleep. The great thing about this is that it is a big stress reliever. There is no right or wrong way to do the coloring and it is so relaxing. I have friends that have used this book in a group setting instead of the more expensive "paint and sip" sessions. This is a great tool to get away from it all while having some fun and being creative.I received this book at a reduced price in exchange for an unbiased and honest review.2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Calling all moms!By EveI bought this coloring book so I would have something interesting to color while my little one colors. This is literally my life with a toddler summed up in 30 pages ! I love the humorous take this book has on life with small children. This book gets me! Anyone clean up tub poop lately? Me! Do you breed non sleepers? Me! Do you survive on wine and coffee? Me! Way more fun to color than Dora the explorer.3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Great gift for mother's dayBy B. LangGot it for my mom really great cover!
