This book summarizes the most important guidelines for safety while giving great anecdotes for the less savory parts of motherhood. The authors have differing backgrounds (breast-feeding vs formula, vaginal vs c-section deliveries, etc) which gives a well-rounded perspective! Well worth the money! -Karen N.
