Congress needs to read thisBy dardleyAn understanding and acceptance of ideas Coleman presents here would help, not only legislators, but corporate firms involved in unmovable negotiations, and even families who just can't seem to get past themselves in attempting to resolve problems. It's interestingly written, well-laid out and easy to follow. I wholeheartedly recommend it.5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. stimulating bookBy Douglas StoneThis is not an easy read, and that's a good thing. The issues are complex and the thinking here is anything but pat. Every few pages, I come across something stimulating, and even brilliant. This is new and challenging, and Coleman is not afraid to take risks. One of the best books in the field I've read in years.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
