I am now attempting to use these very practical techniques with my oldest daughter and anyone I know. Thank you, Jennifer, for such easy to follow, loving, practical instructions.I'm back in 2017 buying another copy for a friend. This book has made a big impact on my life in dealing more kindly with anyone I come in contact with.
