Borrow from the library instead of purchasingBy Mansi Bhatia TripathiWhile this book may have helped some, my toddler decided that she liked being a baby because it looked like the any could nurse all the time she wanted (which is way more fun). The illustrations are hokey.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. this was great! Daughter loved itBy CareyFrom one MSW to another, this was great! Daughter loved it. We called nursing "baby time", so I swapped out the words. Now that she's fully weaned (age 2)she doesn't want to read it :). I truly think it helped her understand what was going on. Had I not initiated weaning, and kept it going, she would have nursed until she was probably 5 or 6.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. If you are night weaning, you need this book!By RevmonicaBest book ever! My 19 month old was not very happy about night weaning. With this book, we read it every night before bed for 2-3 weeks. Sometimes during the day. She called it "Sally Book." I could repeat some of the lines from the book at night when she wanted to nurse and immediately, my young one, felt better. I also love that "Sally" looks a bit like my daughter so that helped too.
