But yesterday, I sat down to read through some of the chapters. And I found myself getting emotional over the words and ideas, even though I've read them before. This says to me, that the book is full of life-truths that will bless moms everywhere. Most helpful I think is the redefining of social media's concept of a "good mom." This book will help moms see their strengths and how to utilize them in their mothering. It will help moms realize they are (and always have been) the right mother for their children. It will help them appreciate more moments, be present, and better enjoy the journey of motherhood. As we take this message to more and more mothers, we can create a force of women who, rather than compare skill sets and accomplishments, sustain and encourage one another. Something I believe the world and our children need.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Eh.By BuckledaeThis collection of essays on motherhood sounded really promising. And many of the essays I did enjoy reading, however, several feel short of my expectations and I wasn't overly impressed. There are a few that really hit home, but I would say this collection is hit or miss. There is some good in here, but you have to skip around to find it.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
