It is easy to read and the instructions are easy to follow. The concepts are solid (I've met them in more academic presentations), and the exercises and suggestions work (if you follow them). Highly recommend this for anyone who feels frustrated by unsatisfactory conversations!0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.
