If you want to learn how to quiet your mind, have a hard time meditating, can't quite grasp mental peace...this is quite a book to attack. It is a significant in depth adventure into your OWN path... how to identify what you want to achieve then build the path to get there. I found myself putting down the book a lot...reading a chapter then working on those skills..then picking up the book again...I did not read this straight through, I don't think I would have gotten as much out of it as there is definitely work (on your part) involved if you want to succeed. But the tools you learn are brilliant will be personal to each reader. Great expansion of your own mind the skills you didn't think you had! Good luck enjoy!7 of 7 people found the following review helpful. Best book on visualizationBy AnnaI think this is the best book on the subject of visualization. I like it more than Martin Rossman's book that I find quite useful too. And not to even mention books by Shakti Gawain which are so religious I couldn't read them. Fanning' book is very detailed, while being not too heavy on the theory. Has lots of ideas for application of imagery, and many useful advices for the practice. I am very happy with this book and expect to refer to it for many years to come.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Three StarsBy Jay LabonteNot bad but wasn't the greatest read.
